Shipping policy
Order Processing All of our products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production and preparation before your order ships (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Carriers We ship within the United States using FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and delivery address. You'll see all available options and their costs before completing your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary by carrier and destination but are generally:
- USPS: 2–8 business days
- UPS: 1–5 business days
- FedEx: 1–5 business days
- These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or high-volume periods are outside our control.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
